  • Market Research: Over the past four years, I’ve continuously analyzed the market to anticipate user needs, assess competitor offerings, and stay on top of emerging fitness and wellness trends.

  • User Persona Development: Created in-depth user personas, refining them as the user base grew and ensuring that design and feature decisions remained aligned with evolving user motivations.

Design & Development

  • UI/UX Design: Implemented a clean, motivating interface that encourages users of all fitness levels to seamlessly track progress, discover new workouts, and stay engaged.

  • Feature Implementation: Developed robust functionality—including GPS tracking, workout history, personalized training plans, and an in-app social sharing system—that has evolved alongside user feedback and platform capabilities.

  • Backend Development: Built and iterated on a scalable infrastructure, guaranteeing real-time data synchronization, user analytics, and the flexibility to expand features without compromising app performance.

Testing & Iteration

  • User Testing: Conducted ongoing usability sessions with diverse target groups to fine-tune both the interface and the overall user journey, leading to incremental yet impactful improvements.
